Samson is a Hartford, Connecticut-based permanent makeup artist and aesthetic specialist. Through Gifted Hands CT, he performs semi-permanent brow services, lip blush enhancement, scalp micropigmentation, henna brow tinting, professional body piercing, and wart removal.
Every appointment begins with precision brow mapping, custom pigment selection, and a focus on symmetry and natural results — an approach that has built a client base extending well beyond Connecticut, with clients traveling from New York, Boston, and other states for his work.
His workshop program translates that hands-on expertise into a structured training format. Students learn directly from a working artist who actively takes clients, not from a textbook.
