The Gifted Circle is the paid membership program of Gifted Hand Services LLC, doing business as Gifted Hands CT (“Gifted Hands CT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Membership Terms explain exactly what the membership costs, how billing and automatic renewal work, how to cancel, and what perks you get. They are part of our Website Terms of Service. By joining The Gifted Circle, you agree to these terms.
Quick Summary Of Gifted Circle Membership Terms
- Two plans: Monthly at $5.00 per month, or Annual at $50.00 per year, plus any applicable tax.
- Billing: Charged automatically to your payment method through Stripe, every month or every year depending on your plan, until you cancel.
- No minimum commitment: You can cancel at any time, with no fee.
- Cancel anytime: Online, from your account, in about as few steps as it took to sign up. Cancelling stops all future charges.
- Refunds: Payments already made are not refunded, except where a charge was made in error or the law requires otherwise.
The details below control if there is ever a question.
Membership Pricing And Automatic Renewal Policy
- Monthly plan: $5.00 per month, plus any applicable sales tax. Your first payment is charged when you sign up, and your membership then renews automatically every month on or about the same day of the month, until you cancel.
- Annual plan: $50.00 per year, plus any applicable sales tax. Your first payment is charged when you sign up, and your membership then renews automatically every year on or about the anniversary of your signup date, until you cancel. We will email you a reminder before each annual renewal.
- Payments are processed by Stripe through our membership system. We do not store your full card details.
- If a renewal payment fails, we (through Stripe) may retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable retries, your membership and its perks may be paused or cancelled.
You will see your plan’s price, the automatic renewal, and how to cancel on the signup page before you are charged, and your order confirmation will restate them.
Founding Member Rate Benefits And Eligibility
If you join while founding rates are offered, your plan’s price will not increase for as long as your membership stays active without a break. If you cancel and later rejoin, the price at the time you rejoin applies.
How To Cancel Your Gifted Circle Membership
You can cancel online, without calling or emailing, and cancellation is designed to be at least as easy as signing up:
1. Log in to your account on giftedhandsct.com.
2. Go to your membership (Account, then Membership).
3. Select Cancel and confirm.
That is it. You can also email us at support@giftedhandsct.com or message us and we will cancel for you, but you never have to.
What cancellation does:
- Cancellation stops all future renewal charges. No cancellation fee applies.
- Your membership and perks stay active through the end of the period you have already paid for (the current month on the Monthly plan, the current year on the Annual plan), then end. We do not charge you again after you cancel.
- Cancellation does not refund payments already made (see Section 6).
Member Perks Included With Gifted Circle Access
Active members on either plan currently receive:
- Member pricing on services: a discount off our regular price for permanent-makeup services, applied to the balance you pay at your appointment.
- First access to pop-up dates: early access to booking windows when Samson travels to a new city.
- Member-only aftercare guides.
- Automatic entry into the Gifted Hands CT Monthly Brow Giveaway for each monthly period while your membership is active.
Annual members also receive a larger member discount on services and member pricing on their annual touch-up.
How member pricing works: book as usual on our website, using the same email address as your membership. We check membership against that email and take your member discount off the balance due at your appointment; online deposits are not affected. The current discount for your plan is included in your membership welcome email and may change as described in Section 7. Member pricing cannot be combined with other promotions or coupons unless we say otherwise, and does not apply to a giveaway prize service.
Important note about the giveaway: the giveaway is governed exclusively by its Official Rules at /giveaway-rules/. No purchase or payment of any kind, including a Gifted Circle membership, is necessary to enter or win. Anyone eligible can enter for free using the free entry method described in the Official Rules, and free entries have equal odds with member entries. Buying a membership does not improve your chances of winning; it only saves you the step of submitting a free entry each month.
Perks are personal to you and may not be resold or transferred.
Refund Policy For Gifted Circle Membership Fees
Membership fees already paid, monthly or annual, are non-refundable, except:
- where a charge was made in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled), which we will refund promptly, or
- where applicable law requires a refund.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at support@giftedhandsct.com and we will look into it right away.
Changes To Membership Pricing Or Included Perks
We may change the membership price or the perks from time to time. If we do:
- We will give you at least 30 days’ advance notice by email (to the address on your account) and/or a notice on the Site before the change takes effect.
- Price changes apply only to renewals after the notice period, never retroactively, and never to an active founding member rate (see Section 3).
- If you do not want to continue under the new price or perks, you can cancel before the change takes effect and you will not be charged the new price.
Membership Termination Policy For Misuse Or Abuse
We may suspend or terminate a membership, without refund of months already billed, if it is used in a way that violates these terms or our Website Terms of Service, including: reselling or sharing member discounts, abusing promotions or the affiliate program, fraudulent payments or chargebacks made in bad faith, or harassment or abusive conduct toward our staff or clients. Where reasonable, we will contact you about the issue before terminating.
If we discontinue The Gifted Circle program entirely, we will notify you, stop future billing, and your perks will continue through the end of your current paid period.
General Legal Terms For Gifted Circle Members
- These Membership Terms are part of, and governed by, our Website Terms of Service, including its provisions on governing law (Connecticut), venue (Hartford County), disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
- We may update these Membership Terms as described in Section 7 (for changes to price or perks) or in the Website Terms of Service (for other changes).
- If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
